He has received multiple degrees, from the Community College of the Air Force, and he is a proud alumnus of Rowan University. He founded Business Expansion Services to facilitate growth among businesses that share common values and goals. He specializes in M&A, debt and private placement transactions, consulting, and negotiations with expertise in fund raising for private and public placements through a vast network of contacts. He is skilled in building strategic partnerships, establishing networks among investment managers, and developing new businesses with strong team leadership and communication skills.
